foooood.... 27 June 2007 - 12:31 I crammed a corn tortilla with pieces of tender succulent boneless, skinless chicken breast slathered in thick mole poblano, then topped it with arroz y frijoles de olla. Big finish by sprinkling slivers of white onion on top. Man, I could barely even close the tortilla. It was soooo delicious! If I wasn't so stuffed (to the near point of bursting, I swear), I'd go back for more.*sigh* I love it when my parents combine their culinary skills. It's like I've been waiting my whole life for this one meal. It's no wonder I'm so fat. Ho-hum. |
